Ronald holds a PhD in Civil Engineering with a focus on seismic-resilient structures, but found his true passion in consultancy, where he’s developed both technical depth and practical insight. His experience spans healthcare and residential sectors, including low-rise hospitals, apartments, multi-unit developments, and bespoke architectural homes. Beyond new builds, he has delivered peer reviews and detailed seismic assessments across various structural types. Driven by a commitment to help address New Zealand’s housing challenges, Ronald joined Crowe Consulting to contribute practical, efficient, and resilient design solutions. He continues to apply his expertise to projects of all complexities, supporting the creation of strong, vibrant communities throughout the country
